Here at Stuffum we make the highest quality products FRESH and ship them directly to you. We do our very best to protect our products that are shipping in both Padded Paks and boxes but we cannot guarantee that items will arrive damage-free. The packages we ship daily do go into an aircraft that delivers the items all across the globe so we have done everything we can by providing smaller boxes to fit smaller items into our Padded Packs as well as use boxes for orders $40 and above. We work to provide cost effective shipping while still using Express delivery so we can get your items to you as fresh as possible!
How we package our products: We package, label and seal all of our products and then use shipping boxes, bubble wrap, add air packs (for orders that ship in our Padded Paks) as well as add protection for our boxes to ensure better shipping quality.
What to do if your order is damaged upon arrival:
If your order arrives damaged or ruined, you will need to provide us with the following information so that we can do our best to have a claim filed and approved by the shipping company. We CANNOT reship any orders that are not refunded from the shipping company as the order was fulfilled and properly packaged for shipment. Each customer is responsible to provide all of the proper information needed in order for Stuffum to file a claim.
Step 1: Take a picture of the damaged items on the same day it arrived as Stuffum will not take information past a 24 hour period from its arrival as we cannot prove who has handled the package or if it was damaged after it was delivered.
Step 2: Take a picture of the package it came in (Pak or Box)-both the outside and inside lining as well as the bubble-wrap and protective packaging etc.
Step 3: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number and attach all photos to the email.
We will get in touch with you once we have received the information needed to process a claim and will let you know within 5-8 business days if the claim has gone through. We cannot guarantee that the claim will be accepted as this is based on Fedex’s rules & policies.
