Frequently Asked Questions:

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders will typically be processed within 2-5 business days and then ship within 1-2 business day after that. Processing/Shipping times may vary during the holidays, order volume or promotional sales. We will keep our website updated with current processing times weekly.

All customers will be notified once their order has been processed and will receive tracking information. All tracking information is updated when the order is received by the shipping carrier and makes it's way through transit.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final. We cannot cancel orders or remove items from an order once the order has been placed.  

 

 Where are your products made?

Our products are made in a commercial facility which is permitted, licensed and approved by the Florida Department of Agriculture and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in Immokalee, Florida.

 

Our REFUND/RETURN POLICY: 

 We cannot offer refunds or returns for any of our products. All of our products are made FRESH throughout the week and are made with high quality, natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and the ingredients we use, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on personal tastes, preferences or natural variations from batch to batch.

 

 WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT SHELF LIFE?   

Baking Mixes & Super Frostings: Last 6-8 months when kept in their original packaging.

Protein Cookies & Brownies: Last 6-8 months when kept it their original packaging. Once open, place in fridge and warm individually to enjoy.

Protein Donuts: These can be kept in fridge for 5-7 days after arrival or for up to 2 months in freezer. Warm for 10-15 seconds and enjoy!

 

DO YOU USE ANY PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES?  

NO! WE DO NOT USE ANY PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES IN OUR PRODUCTS TO KEEP THEM FRESH OR TO LAST LONGER.

 

 Nutritional Facts:

All of our nutritional facts listed are approximate due to slight variations in batches. We work hard to stay within 10-12% of our nutritional facts listed for each product when making all of our fresh batches. Products may also weigh slightly above or below what is listed on our nutritional facts as all products are hand-crafted, making each item unique.

  

*CUSTOM ORDERS & ALLERGY INFORMATION*:

Custom orders entail any order that contains any product that we do not have in regular production, i.e. products that are discontinued or out of season, specific ingredients needs/exclusions etc. All custom orders can take up to 1 week for us to process and move into production as we have to schedule production to include those specific items and/order make sure there is no cross-contamination or ingredients if an ingredient allergy has been stated. 

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Here at Stuffum we make the highest quality products FRESH and ship them directly to you. We do our very best to protect our products that are shipped in a variety of box sizes but we cannot guarantee that items will arrive damage-free. The packages we ship daily do go into an aircraft or ground that delivers the items all across the globe so we do everything we can to protect our product and provide cost effective shipping.
How we package our products: We package, label and seal all of our products and then use shipping boxes, bubble wrap, add air packs as well as add protection for our boxes to ensure better shipping quality.
 
What to do if your order is damaged upon arrival:
If your order arrives damaged or ruined, you will need to provide us with the following information so that we can do our best to send a store credit as we are not guaranteed claim approval upon damaged shipments from any shipping carrier. 
Step 1: Take a picture of the damaged items on the same day it arrived as Stuffum will not take information past a 24 hour period from its arrival as we cannot prove who has handled the package or if it was damaged after it was delivered.
Step 2: Take a picture of the package it came in-both the outside and inside and the items that were damaged.
Step 3: Email us at customersupport@stuffumnaturals.com with your Order number and attach all photos to the email.
We cannot guarantee that the claim will be accepted as this is based on the shipping carriers policies and procedures.
